In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a professional and inviting environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills while supporting daily office functions. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and assistance Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and visitor sign-in procedures Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports and correspondence Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles; previous receptionist or clerical experience preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data management Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients effectively Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant experience is advantageous but not required Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming voice of our organization!
