MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Function:

Provide the highest quality customer service and assist the maintenance team with keeping all common areas by the entrances and exits clean. Assist customers with parking services and facilitate the expedient flow of traffic through the facility. Assist customers in making payments to fully automated revenue control equipment. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle. Conduct garage and facility audits as required by management. Resolve customer complaints, focusing on customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of facility and pick up trash in the surrounding area. Complete any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid Utah Driver's license is required. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Comfortable working outdoors in varying and sometimes inclement weather conditions while maintaining productivity. Available to work regularly scheduled shift that may include nights, weekends and/or holidays. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and transportation required. Customer service experience preferred. Prior airport experience is preferred.
