Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
