In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while working in a vibrant resort setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently. Assist guests with room assignments, upgrades, and special requests to enhance their stay. Conduct night audits, balancing accounts and ensuring accurate financial records for the hotel's daily operations. Provide guest services such as concierge assistance, local information, and resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns with professionalism and courtesy, fostering positive experiences. Support hotel management by coordinating reservations, cancellations, and modifications seamlessly. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating welcoming environments. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries professionally.
