This part-time position requires coverage for 2 days per week. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Process room reservations and maintain accurate guest records Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and courteously Manage payments and process room charges Monitor lobby area and maintain a clean, welcoming front desk environment Perform light administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, reporting) Ensure compliance with hotel policies and security procedures Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on guest needs Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience (or equivalent) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Flexible schedule; available to work 2 assigned days per week (typically weekends or weekday evenings) Preferred Qualifications Previous hotel or front desk experience Bilingual abilities Knowledge of local attractions and services What We Offer Competitive hourly wage Flexible part-time schedule Employee discounts on room rates Friendly, supportive work environment
