Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they experience exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a memorable stay, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, concierge services, and local information Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction Conduct night audits and reconcile daily transactions to maintain accurate financial records Maintain guest relations by providing personalized service and ensuring comfort throughout their stay Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hospitality management systems and hotel management software Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and hotel operations procedures Ability to handle night audit procedures and multi-task efficiently in a dynamic environment Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Previous hotel experience is preferred; hospitality management background highly valued Join us in creating unforgettable guest experiences!
