We are currently seeking a Night Audit Associate on Rt 17. The available shift is from 11 pm to 7 am. •Serious applicants must come in to fill out a paper application available in the lobby at the front desk. No phone calls, Please.•

Front Desk Representative Key Responsibilities:

Create positive experiences for guests and potential guests. Welcome guests, recognize loyal guests, and provide accurate and efficient check-in/check-out processes. Assist guests with questions or concerns during their stay, delivering exceptional service. Adhere to company standards and procedures to ensure a consistent guest experience, while complying with safety, security, and quality measures.

Front Desk Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

Communicating with previous shifts and managers for updates on hotel activities. Providing check-in/check-out services. Delivering superior guest service. Managing reservations for arrivals, departures, and in-house guests. Processing guest payments. Offering information about amenities, services, and local attractions. Responding efficiently and in a friendly manner to all hotel guests.

Job Requirements:

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Dependability and reliable transportation. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods. Ability to handle comments and suggestions. Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Ability to multi-task.
