Night Audit shifts are from 10:00pm-7:00am and this particular position will be needed for the weekdays .

Night Audit Position Overview:

The position involves high guest contact and presents the first point of contact for all of our guests . Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs Responsible for assisting guest's late arrival and early check out Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette Handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

Good understanding of the English language. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 to 9-hours in length. Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor. Knowledge of the local area. Ability to suggestively sell.
