Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, efficiently managing check-in and check-out procedures with a friendly demeanor. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and courteously. Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, room assignments, and billing information using hotel management software. Assist guests with special requests, such as room changes or additional services, to enhance their experience. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all reports. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently. Uphold high standards of hospitality management by delivering exceptional guest relations and resolving any issues promptly. Qualifications Previous hotel experience or customer service background preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus. Multilingual or bilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently. Knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest services best practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for hospitality management and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
