Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and problem-solving skills Operate multi-line phone systems to answer reservations, questions, and provide information Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with guests confidently Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory Passion for hospitality management with a focus on guest relations and service excellence Join us in creating memorable stays by delivering top-tier guest services!
