The ideal candidate will excel in guest relations, customer service, and daily hotel operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience. Candidates with hospitality experience, and hotel industry knowledge are highly encouraged to apply. The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication with guests and staff Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities, and personalized service Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to enhance guest experience Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous Ability to handle night audit responsibilities is a plus This role is essential in delivering memorable guest experiences through attentive service and operational excellence.
