Job Description
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience required. Previous hotel front desk experience preferred. Experience with Hilton systems, including the Hilton PEP property management system, is highly advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to perform repetitive computer and telephone tasks.
