Job Summary We are seeking energetic and welcoming Resort Guest Service Agents to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will create positive first impressions and lasting guest relations, making every visitor feel valued from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently. Provide detailed information about resort amenities, local attractions, and event details to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette. Manage front desk operations including reservations, room assignments, and billing processes with accuracy. Address guest concerns promptly, offering solutions to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations. Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests swiftly. Maintain a welcoming environment by ensuring the front desk area is organized and inviting at all times. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software, reservation systems, or night audit procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of resort operations, guest services, and hotel experience standards essential for success. Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently.
