In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a professional and friendly environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle all front desk duties including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and visitor sign-ins Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage correspondence via email and mail Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and performing general administrative support Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office software to streamline daily operations Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, and filing systems Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently and handle high-volume calls with ease Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Front Desk Agent where your energy and organizational talents will make an immediate impact!
