Part Time 3-11 shift and 11-7 shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
• Assist with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing general information about the hotel
• Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises during the night shift
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer

Skills:

• Strong hospitality management skills with a focus on delivering excellent guest services
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
• Experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar establishment
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including familiarity with phone systems and reservation software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
