Responsibilities include:

The ability to educate guests on waxing services to help drive sales and guest retention Scheduling reservations and manage booking with accuracy and efficiency Handle guest inquiries, concerns and feedback with professionalism Upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed sales goals Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with guests. Creating a memorable experience for guests by being knowledgeable, friendly and adhering to EWC's protocols for servicing guests with standout customer service.
