Position Summary The Front Desk Associate plays a key role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they walk through the door. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting daily hotel operations, and ensuring the lobby and front‑of‑house areas remain clean, organized, and inviting at all times. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining the professional standards of the Comfort Suites brand. Key Responsibilities Guest Services — Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, and provide helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Front Desk Operations — Manage reservations, process payments, answer phone calls, and maintain accurate guest records in accordance with brand and property standards. Lobby Cleanliness & Presentation — Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked lobby at all times, including routine cleaning, wiping surfaces, organizing guest‑facing areas, and replenishing supplies such as coffee, water, brochures, and amenities. Brand Standards Compliance — Uphold Comfort Suites service expectations, appearance guidelines, and operational procedures to ensure a consistent guest experience. Problem Resolution — Address guest concerns promptly, professionally, and with a solutions‑focused approach; escalate issues when necessary. Team Collaboration — Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to support smooth operations and ensure guest satisfaction. Safety & Security Awareness — Follow all safety procedures, monitor guest activity, and report any concerns to management. Qualifications Prior customer service experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment. Basic computer proficiency; experience with hotel PMS systems is helpful (training provided). Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Why Join Comfort Suites?
