In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for evening/late-night guest inquiries, manage front desk responsibilities, and uphold exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial and operational records. Your multilingual skills and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that leaves a lasting positive impression on our guests. Due to the busy summer season availability on the weekends and Holidays are a must. Duties Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify financial transactions, update reports, and ensure accuracy of guest billing and reservations Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and staff efficiently Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and foster positive guest relations Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and ensuring the hotel premises are secure during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and any irregularities for management review Support guest services by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options in multiple languages if applicable Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Proven ability to work under pressure within a hotel or resort environment Bilingual or multilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards in a hospitality setting Knowledge of hotel property management software and reservation systems is advantageous Experience in guest relations and handling sensitive situations with professionalism and tact Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest's stay exceptional!
