This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operational flow at our front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have experience in data entry and clerical duties. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using computerized systems. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff. Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence. Provide support as needed in various capacities, including roles similar to that of a medical or dental receptionist. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in data entry and familiar with computerized systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is a plus but not required. A background as a personal assistant or in customer support can also be beneficial.
