This role requires working across multiple departments to ensure a seamless, safe, and positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations Greet, check in, and check out guests in a professional and friendly manner Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth overnight operations Housekeeping Support Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed Support room inspections and ensure cleanliness standards are met Coordinate with housekeeping to prioritize guest room readiness Laundry Operations Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens Maintain proper inventory levels of linens and supplies Maintenance Assistance Address minor maintenance issues and perform basic troubleshooting Report or escalate maintenance concerns to ensure timely resolution Security & Safety Conduct routine property walks to ensure safety and security Monitor hotel premises and respond to incidents or emergencies Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures Hilton Brand Standards & Guest Experience Uphold Hilton's commitment to hospitality by delivering outstanding guest service Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented environment Ensure every guest interaction reflects Hilton's standards and values General Responsibilities Work independently while supporting all departments as needed Ensure smooth, efficient hotel operations throughout the shift
