Candidate must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Open availability is a must. We are looking for positive and hardworking people to join our team. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, great work ethic , and who will strive for high quality customer service.
  • We are looking for Agents who will assure highest possible level of guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service.
  • You will be responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel as well as answering a multi-line phone, taking reservations and customer inquiries.
  • Previous front desk experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required. Prior experience using windows-based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, highly preferred.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skill. Must be able to work well as a team.
  • May be required to stand for an extended period.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE.
Days, Evenings, weekends, holidays & Night Audit's are required. Primary Duties
  • Close business day and run night audit reports
  • Check guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner.
  • Efficiently handles all payments received whether they are cash or credit card. Verifies all monetary transactions in the appropriate accounts.
  • Responsible for maintaining all documentation regarding room registration, changes, charges, credit card transactions, customer service and maintenance issues.
  • Guest Service
  • Offers guests assistance whenever possible.
  • Resolving guest issue in a timely manner.
  • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
  • Must respond to and follow-up on all guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotel's services and accommodations.
  • Assist in other departments as needed.
  • Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest/staff safety and security.
  • Ensures that the lobby and front desk area is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well stocked with all necessary supplies. You will train for all three shifts, so open availability is a must. 7 am
  • 3 pm 3 pm
