- $21.00/hour Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Greet guests and efficiently check them in and out
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit procedures when required
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong phone etiquette
- Proficiency in hospitality management software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
