Summary Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is in search of a friendly and reliable Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team. Bell Attendants are in constantmunication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted, and their luggage & personal items are transported to and from guest rooms efficiently. Making sure that guests arefortable with amodations, and are familiar with room offerings & features, is essential. This highly visible role gives an opportunity for casual conversation, providing local rmendations, and indulging in special requests. Bell Attendants also assist the Concierge team before and after hours, and/or when they are away from the desk. This support includes answering guest inquiries, providing directions, and offering detailed rmendations or making reservations. They regularly their knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and available transportation options. The hourly rate for this position begins at $22.50.
