Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and its services. Answer phone calls and take messages. Process guest check-ins and check-outs. Handle guest complaints in a professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay.
