Responsibilities Answering and referring phone calls on the main switchboard; Courteous, timely and accurate when transferring calls, relaying messages and giving information to guests; Receive and send guest faxes; Photocopying; Comply with Suncadia dress code and grooming policy; Process guestroom reservations into Springer Miller during reservations office off-hours; Absorb, understand and continually communicate Suncadia events and activities to guests; Support Front Desk operations with physical coverage as needed; Other duties as assigned.
