Job Requirements Position Overview As a Front Desk Agent or Night Auditor, you are the face of our hotel—providing exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Previous Hilton experience a plus! Work Experience Key Responsibilities Greet and check in/out guests in a professional and friendly manner Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Deliver guest items (such as linens, toiletries, etc.) as needed Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional guest environment Effectively multitask in a fastpaced setting Night Auditor (Overnight Shift)

Additional Duties:

Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions Prepare financial and operational reports Ensure safety and security during overnight hours Qualifications Hotel experience preferred (front desk, night audit, or hospitality background strongly encouraged) Strong communication and problemsolving skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and teamoriented Ability to multitask and stay organized Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to move around the property and assist guests as needed Benefits Hilton Team Member Travel Benefits.
