Job Responsibilities Greet guests with a positive and professional attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Assist guests with requests, directions, and local recommendations. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and positive attitude. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
