Front Desk Administrator Advanced Endodontic Care - Richland, WA! Full-Time | 32-40 Hours per Week | 4-Day Work Week Starting at $21+/hour DOE Job Summary Advanced Endodontic Care is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrator to join our growing specialty dental team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, emergency-room-style environment and enjoys helping patients during urgent dental situations. We are looking for a team player who is adaptable, organized, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences. Schedule Full-time position:
32-40 hours per week 4 working days per week Typical hours fall between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Hours may vary based on patient and office needs Must be willing to travel once weekly to our Walla Walla location Compensation Starting wage: $21/hour minimum for entry-level candidates Higher pay available depending on experience Benefits Eligible full-time employees receive: 401(k) with company match Health insurance Paid sick leave Paid holidays PTO after 1 year of employment Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with professionalism and compassion Answer phones and manage a high-volume schedule Coordinate appointments and emergency patient care Communicate effectively with referring dental offices Verify patient information and maintain accurate records Support front office operations and team workflow Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintain professionalism and positivity under pressure Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Quick learner with attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with initiative Comfortable adapting to change and growth Dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required Reliable transportation for weekly travel to Walla Walla Ideal Candidate Traits We are looking for someone who: Enjoys helping patients and referring offices Loves working with a collaborative team Takes initiative without needing constant direction Is dependable, flexible, and growth-minded Stays calm and efficient during busy days Wants long-term career growth in a specialty dental practice Why Join Advanced Endodontic Care?
