Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent who is friendly, reliable, and customer-focused to join our team at Ramada Inn. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position involves handling guest check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. You must be willing and able to work 3pm-11pm shifts and be available on weekends. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and make reservations Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Follow company policies and procedures for safety, security, and guest service Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join our team as a Front Desk Agent where your enthusiasm and organizational talents will help us deliver outstanding service every day!
