Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

Overview:

We are seeking a talented Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in handling various front desk duties in a hotel or resort setting.

Responsibilities:

Perform overnight front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out Process payments, post charges, and ensure accurate billing and account reconciliation Complete daily financial reports and balance hotel revenue accounts Conduct night audit procedures, including verifying transactions and closing the business day Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner Ensure security protocols are followed and assist with property safety during overnight hours Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate reporting and smooth shift transitions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hotel front desk, accounting, or night audit role preferred Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts Problem-solving skills and a calm, professional demeanor Joining our team as a Night Auditor offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your hospitality skills and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.
