- Broadway location is looking for a talented, passionate and team building hospitality professional to fill our Front Desk Agent position. An exciting environment in the heart of Capitol Hill's diverse community. The hotel features 179 guest rooms and suites, with over 2,000 sq/ft of meeting space, along with great tastes and spirits at our Jimmy's on Broadway restaurant. Silver Cloud Hotels, founded in 1980, is proud to celebrate over 40 years of providing outstanding guest service. POSITION PURPOSE

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming our guests, answering phones, guest check in or check out and assisting with reservations. The Front Desk Agent works closely with other departments and others in their department, as a team, on the delivery of an elevated guest experience.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or its equivalent o Excellent organizational skills o Excellent communication skills o Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs o Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor

COMPENSATION

Starting wage is $21.50. Wage Range is $21.50 - $22.50 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.
