Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional hospitality from check-in to check-out. Your energetic and friendly demeanor will set the tone for an unforgettable stay, providing top-tier guest services and managing a variety of front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while creating memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests using hotel management software. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality. Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Foster excellent guest relations by offering personalized service, anticipating needs, and creating a welcoming environment in the resort setting. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages are highly desirable; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Experience in guest services, resort environments, or hospitality roles demonstrates your readiness to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Knowledge of phone etiquette, guest relations, and hotel operations will help you excel in managing diverse guest needs efficiently. $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
