Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform night audit duties as needed
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Knowledge of hotel management software systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
