As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel and the first impression for our guests. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems (preferred) Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company A supportive, team-oriented culture Training and development programs Employee hotel discounts Why Join Five Rivers Hospitality?
