Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic and positive attitude will create memorable experiences for our guests, handling their inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, multitask efficiently across various front desk responsibilities, and contribute to a vibrant guest-centered environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude. Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Assist with guest relations by resolving issues efficiently and courteously to foster guest satisfaction. Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily functioning. Uphold security protocols at the front desk, controlling access for visitors and contractors while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems enhances your candidacy. Knowledge of resort or hotel environments, including familiarity with hospitality management software, is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism. Experience in guest services or hospitality roles that emphasize excellent communication skills and attention to detail will set you apart.
