Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Representative, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Manage reservations accurately using hotel management software, including modifications and cancellations Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Address guest concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently to ensure a memorable stay Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest-related documentation is up-to-date Other duties as assigned Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is highly desirable Strong guest relations skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if necessary, demonstrating reliability and adaptability Familiarity with resort environments and hospitality best practices enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
