Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software Assist guests with concierge services, including providing local information and special requests Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and room assignments during night audits or shifts Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations and customer service skills Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve a diverse clientele effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle night audit procedures with attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, including guest services and guest relations Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through energetic service and dedicated hospitality!
Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
