Job Description

  • Front Desk Agent
  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
  • Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
  • Process payments and maintain guest accounts with accuracy
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform night audit duties as needed
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in using front desk software and MS Office Suite
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles
