Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Agent at a premier hotel, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable guest experiences. In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from check-in to check-out. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will be vital to delivering top-tier guest service, managing reservations, and maintaining smooth front-desk operations. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to all calls Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest documentation is complete and up-to-date Skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience with front desk operations, night audit procedures, or guest relations in a resort or hotel setting Knowledge of hotel experience systems and reservation platforms is advantageous Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating exceptional hospitality experiences.
