Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent.
Currently hiring for all shifts:
7a-3p, 3p-11p & Night Audit 11p-7a. This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the key point of contact for all guests, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest services. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality management. Duties Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and professional customer service. Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and practicing excellent phone etiquette. Check guests in & out, including verifying and making reservations, billing accuracy, and financial transactions. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction and positive guest relations. Monitor security systems, perform safety checks around the property, and report any irregularities or incidents. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure property cleanliness and safety. Work hotel breakfast and do hotel laundry. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, guest services procedures, and hotel operations. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a valuable asset for communicating with diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and resolving issues efficiently. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and resort or hotel environments. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Experience in hospitality management or hotel experience that demonstrates your ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
