Job Description

Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will provide a welcoming and accommodating experience to every guest and visitor while delivering front desk services efficiently and professionally. Work Schedule We are hiring for our third shift, including weekends and holidays as needed: 3rd
Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Flexible availability is preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding guest service and promote a culture of responsibility for those "Within Our Care." Serve as a brand ambassador by representing the Indigo brand story, maintaining professional appearance standards, and sharing local area information with guests. Welcome guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures accurately and efficiently. Respond to guest inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy. Assist guests with luggage, room access, directions, dining recommendations, transportation, and entertainment reservations. Resolve guest concerns and complaints using sound judgment or escalate to management when necessary. Answer internal and external phone calls and take accurate guest messages. Make and confirm reservations while ensuring guests understand hotel policies and procedures. Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality of personal and payment information. Follow all hotel safety protocols and emergency procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment. Complete required paperwork, filing, photocopying, faxing, and other clerical duties. Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Prior experience in a customer service industry or equivalent preferred. Commitment to excellence and high standards Excellent written and oral communication skills. Bilingual skills a plus. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Acute attention to detail Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow Proficient on basic computer platforms with ability to learn new systems Excellent customer service skills Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds. Physical Requirements Flexible and long hours sometimes required Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects Ability to stand during the entire shift Ability to work weekends and assigned schedule If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and have a background in hospitality, we invite you to apply.
