Compensation:

$16 hourly

Responsibilities:

Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers Handle customer complaints as necessary General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests

Qualifications:

At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations About Company Work, rest, and connect at Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront, just minutes from Downtown Milwaukee and situated along the scenic banks of the Milwaukee River.
