We are seeking a reliable, service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is critical in delivering hospitality that reflects our long-standing reputation for quality service and guest satisfaction. Position Summary The Front Desk Associate serves as the primary point of contact for guests, residents, and visitors. This position is responsible for delivering courteous, efficient, and professional service while ensuring adherence to Association policies, procedures, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately Answer and manage incoming calls, reservations, and guest inquiries Provide directions, recommendations, and assistance throughout the guest stay Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly, taking personal responsibility and escalating when appropriate Maintain accurate records, reservations, and financial transactions in accordance with reporting standards Ensure confidentiality of guest, resident, and Association information at all times Monitor lobby activity and report any safety or security concerns immediately Support overall hotel operations and complete additional duties as assigned Service & Professional Standards Deliver exceptional hospitality consistent with Association expectations Maintain a professional appearance, including adherence to dress code and grooming standards Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management Exercise sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills Follow all workplace policies including attendance, safety, and conduct standards Uphold a respectful, harassment-free, and professional work environment at all times Qualifications Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency and experience handling payments/credit cards Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
Schedule & Employment Type First Shift:
