Front Desk Coordinator / Guest Services Specialist Signature Salon & Spa | Waukesha, WI For 33 years, Signature Salon & Spa has been one of Waukesha's premier destinations for beauty, wellness, and exceptional guest care. Our team of 48 professionals includes Hair Stylists, Nail Technicians, Estheticians, Massage Therapists, Associate Stylists, Guest Services Specialists, and Housekeeping Team Members who are passionate about delivering an outstanding experience every day. Located in the heart of Waukesha, Signature Salon & Spa is known for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax, recharge, and feel cared for. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for Guest Services Specialists who love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Position Summary Our Guest Services Specialists are the heart of the guest experience. You are often the first smile guests see when they arrive and the last impression they leave with when they check out. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, multitasking, solving problems, and working as part of a team. We are looking for individuals who are professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping others. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Check in guests and provide Signature Salon & Spa amenities Answer incoming phone calls with confidence and professionalism Schedule appointments accurately while matching guests with the service provider best suited to their needs Manage service tickets and ensure all services and retail purchases are entered correctly Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions Educate guests on salon services, products, promotions, and policies Assist guests with retail recommendations and purchases Maintain accurate client records, forms, and documentation Complete appointment confirmations and guest follow-up communications Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Assist with light housekeeping duties, laundry, and daily salon operations Help receive and organize retail product deliveries Collaborate with service providers and fellow team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience What We're Looking For Required Qualities Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Team-oriented mindset Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the day Professional appearance that reflects the beauty and wellness industry Preferred Experience Salon, spa, hospitality, retail, restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience Experience with appointment scheduling and phone communication Cash handling and point-of-sale experience Why Join Signature Salon & Spa?
