Main Responsibilities:
Greets guests and owners on arrival. Check in/out guests. Generates folio and collects payments. Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel. Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information. Answering phones and directing calls. What are we looking for:
Proficient English language Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands. 6 months Customer Service Experience. Ability to stan/walk for prolonged periods of time Shift will be primarily pm (3pm to 11pm), including weekends and holidays. Preferred, but not required: Front Desk/Guest Services Agent Cash/credit card transactions Resort Hospitality or related industry
