Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries with courtesy and efficiency Check guests in and out using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly and effectively Maintain front desk area cleanliness, organization, and supplies to ensure a welcoming environment Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Multilingual skills or bilingual ability highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently during busy periods Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and resort environments is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed Prior experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join our team and be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
