FRONT DESK AGENT

Be the first impression and lasting memory of our resort. Position Overview Front Desk Agents serve as the face of the resort, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and seamless stay experience. Key Responsibilities Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Operate hotel management systems Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment Qualifications Must be 21 years of age Hospitality or hotel experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay:

$11.00 - $13.00 per hour
