Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting overall office efficiency. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong clerical, administrative, and communication skills to thrive in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and efficiently Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to maintain accurate records and documentation Support office management tasks including supply inventory, filing systems, and general administrative duties Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to support financial record keeping Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders Experience Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks Strong computer literacy with skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience managing multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Familiarity with office management procedures including filing, data entry, and calendar management Knowledge of customer service principles and effective communication skills Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills make a real difference every day!
