Front Desk Agent

Acts as the primary point of contact for guests, managing the check-in/check-out process, reservations, and inquiries to ensure a positive experience. Key duties include processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping on room readiness, resolving guest issues, and serving as an information resource.

Core Responsibilities :

Greeting and checking guests in Creating and managing room reservations via the hotel's software Answering questions and resolving problems, such as towel refills or key card issues Documenting reservations, service requests and incidents, such as elevator breakdowns Following the property's cash-handling procedures
