Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Welcome guests upon arrival, including airport pickups, luggage handling, and property orientation. Provide transportation between ranch activities, dining venues, and off-site experiences. Create exceptional first and last impressions through warm, personalized guest interactions. Assist Activities Guides with daily programming and gain exposure to a variety of ranch experiences. Lead select introductory or support-level activities as training progresses. Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of vehicles and guest-facing spaces. Support daily ranch operations including setup, transitions, and guest assistance. Uphold all safety standards, including responsible driving and adherence to activity protocols. What You'll Bring Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service and the outdoors. Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful guest connections. Minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience. Interest in outdoor recreation and willingness to learn guiding skills. Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work a seasonal schedule from early May through October. First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
